Que. City

Full day! Got the Spyder serviced so we are hoping it will be perfect for the rest of the trip. Arrived after a beautiful ride by the river to Quebec City. Il fait chaut (at over 30 again). Went into the old city during rush hour which I would not recommend. We ran into a parade getting ready at the Plains of Abraham. So we walked down to the Chateau Frontenac through the old walled city, past the legislature and cooled off with a brief rain. Parade was vibrant and colorful. Can't believe our luck again as we just happened into Que. City on the parade day of day one of the New France Festival. That's like wandering into the parade route in Calgary as the Stampede begins.
